Has anybody hired a holiday villa through ebay, looks very tempting but seems a bit risky too...
prev hotel room differances.Balcony or terrace.

I have a friend who has booked cottages in Scotland through e-bay and never had a problem. In fact they are going to another one in two or three weeks time. They haven't booked one abroad though.

My daughter and son-in-law regularly buy city break weekend deals on ebay and have in the past booked a villa in Florida from the site too.they have never had any problems at all so far so do all the checks possible before parting with any cash then have a great holiday
