Can anyone tell what happens to someone who was made bankrupt 30 month's ago and has now been made bankrupt again? A woman who i was living with con me into paying off her debt's and buying new thing's for our move to cornwall eg 400 washing mahine, two day's after paying for these thing and the other debt's, she moved to cornwall on her own taking over 5000 worth of my belonging's,I caught her and took her to county court and won the case, but she lied to me and the court where she lived and disappeared not paying me one penny back..she has now moved back near me in surrey and has made herself bankrupty again so that she has not got to pay me back. 1) Is there a case for fraud as she con me about pay the her debt's off so we could start a new life together. 2) As she now made herself bankrupt again and has not paid me, can I go around there with the police and reclaim my belonging's and maybe have she charged with thief
3)Giving the court a false address so I could not even send around the bailiff.
This woman has now done this to 3 other men and has got away with it,I do not wish to be the 4th,Any help please.

Can't answer this properly, but it reminds me of a case in the paper the other week where a woman fleeced various men. She was dealt with as a criminal, so if there are other men involved, could you not involve the police and make a criminal case of it.
