I have been lied to and it is 2 words against mine, if at any point I had recorded proof for a future event, which would undermine the other peoples honesty in direct connection to my issue, could I not offer my tape as evidence, under the circumstances that I have allready made it clear to the company in writting that I have been lied to?

How about if I recorded a conversation and did a transcript could this be used?

I know company's have rules saying you can not use recordings or maybe even tribunals

Any help please

i was led to belive you can tape a convesation as long as you told the other party that you were recording
True... both parties must be fully aware that a recording is taking place otherwise you will be breaking the law thus any recording obtained cannot be used lawfully whatever your good intentions may be
