no :-( but i wish it was true
hi Whisky !!!!!

where you been hiding ?? good to see you back ! :-)
Yes! You ever watched My Name Is Earl???lol.x
It's not as good here as it used to be, funky. I am still here for now, though. How about you? I haven't seen your (blue) coat for a while... LOL! :o)
It takes it's time but karma certainly exists! I have noticed this more and more. Treat other people as you would like to be treated. Everything balances out in the end.
Yes, I do,
Just after Christmas one of my cats went missing. We scoured the area for three days, shaking food and shouting but no sign. On the fourth day of going out looking I put on a different coat and in the pocket I discovered a watch that I'd found lying in the street a couple of weeks before then forgotten all about, I took into the corner shop where to my surprise they said they knew who it belonged to and as she came in every afternoon they would return it to her.
Next morning when I went downstairs my cat was sitting in the kitchen. See, I returned someting to where it belonged and got something returned to me. :)

Having said that I do know some great people who are having a crappy life - guess their karma works a little slower.
No and nor should it. The idea of Karma takes away our responsibility to WAN'T to do the right thing, and replaces it with a slightly uneasy feeling that we SHOULD or else!
It's not life that bites you in the arse posy it is our own stupidity and daft thoughtless actions. It can be wrapped up in all the cliched modernspeak you like but it is basically just a biblical proverb in disguise.

But we are all human and we are led by various instincts and we make huge blunders, as long as we accept them as our blunders and accept that if people are hurt by them it is our fault and our job to repair and don't try blaming someone else then it's a case of 'you made your bed you lie in it'

Er... not sure it works both ways. I think that people tend to get their comeuppance for bad deeds, but they're not always rewarded for the good ones.

Or at least that's how it tends to pan out for me. :'o(
Hi, yes I do.
Many years ago we rented a house from this nasty piece of work (who was also my husbands boss), our house was a semi, attached to his and he had control over the heating system, if he and his wife went away for a weekend or a day in the winter he would turn off the heating and we would freeze, we had 2 very young children at the time, many years down the line (we were only there 4 months), we heard that he went bankrupt and had the bailiffs after him just months after we left!
So yes I believe.
I thought an ass was a cross between a donkey and a mule?
whisky, i was only just getting over the BLUE thing.......

i think this place is a little bit of good, a little bit of bad and lots of what makes us happy.. :-)
i intend to stick around for a while yet...

great to see you back... :-)

blue, i need blue... they stole my blue... im not here without my blue... why did you do this to me !?!?!?!?!?!?
;-)
