i was in brighton a while ago, and outside a shop, was a woman with a pipe, she was only 30 ish, she said she had to hold it for her boyfriend whilst he was inside, he had also asked her to keep puffiing on it, we laughed about it, but it was funnier, when i said it suited her...lol
