I am trying to change a fuse in my Ford Focus, the fuse box is behind the glove box.

However, i cannot pull the glove box out without feeling like i'm going to snap it off completely.

Can anyone give me an idiot proof description?

I found this description for removing a fuse that is in the same location. Hope it helps but be careful as if you manage to damage the box / panel it will rattle like b*ggery.

'It involves lowering the glovebox, undoing 2 x 7mm bolts which hold the
fusebox
in place on it's metal frame, clipping out the box
from it's metal frame, turn it around (very difficult- it required some of
the harness
to be moved/disconnected) so that the fuse can be seen, replacing the fuse
and
the fusebox with fairly small hands (mine !!) was also very difficult.
I know now why the Ford dealers were unable to help me there on the spot. '
