Ini Kamoze came out with a song in 1995. "Here comes the Hot Steppers" and I wanted to know what was the name of the original artist & song that Ini Kamoze sample that beat from.

It's Taana Gardner "Heartbeat" from 1979.
T. Ski Valley "Catch The Beat" came out in 1980 and an artist D'Bora also released a cut to it called "No Sense". It has been sampled many times.
