i was watching that 'truth about food' thing on the tellybox last night and they said that healthy cholestorol was 5.
actually hold on, that didnt come out quite how i meant it to. if its any higher than 5 then your cholestorol is too high. anything below 5 is great. heres the website incase you want to take a closer look.

It depends if you have any other health problems. My neighbour was told 6.1 is alright for her,another neighbour 6.5(her diabetic husband 4.9)I am supposed to aim for 5. Smoking,weight and what you eat determines your ideal.
