how can i slow down my audio playback on my pc everything sounds like its being sang by the chipmunks!!

I think you need to speed it up, not slow it down.

If you are using Media Player 11, from the top menu, click:
View/Enhancements/Play Speed Settings
Then select Slow, Normal or Fast, as you prefer

As helpful as ever vehelpfulguy. If they sound like chipmunks then it is being played too fast. You need to slow it down !!!
