Easymobile to Fresh Mobile

Hi, has anyone else moved from the defunkt Easymobile to Fresh Mobile? Hope you're not experiencing the same problems I am.
I requested to port my existing Easymobile number over to Fresh & lo & behold, they've given me someone elses number & someone else has mine (I know this because I phoned it & spoke to a lady who has the same problem). I've had to text all my contacts to ask them not to call/text my old number until further notice. I've spent a total of nearly 40 minutes on hold to Fresh Mobile & just can't get through. I've called Talk Talk & they can't help. I can't find an email address (I doubt they'd answer it anyway). Ten minutes ago I lost my service altogether. However did I get by before I had a mobile? So annoying
