I have been asked to try and find out the name of a tree seen in Egypt. Medium size ie 25ft ish, Jagged trunk, Pink flowers sort of Madona Lilly shaped, palm-like top . No description of leaf. Help!

Just in case anyone is interested I have found the name I was looking for .......... Chorisia speciosa - Floss Silk Tree.
