there were two murders on the Channel 5 show (is this the one you mean as it is also on various Sky channels).

If so, then Stella shot her ex-boyfriend in self-defence, and the limo driver was shot by a Kid Rock groupie.

yes, as he beat her up and threatened her with a knife so she killed in self-defence, so doesn't count as murder.
