Homework for my 11 year old HELP!!! the question is...... "Find out the equation forworking out pressure using force and area"........I haven't a clue where to start! Debsxxx

Pressure = Force / Area The smaller the area of contact, the more the pressure. This is why a woman walking across your parquet floor in stilettos would probably do more damage than a baby elephant.
