The programme on BBC2 from back in the 80s and/or 90s, but the theme tune was an awesome piece of guitar music. I've really tried, but despite the fact that the internet should contain the sum of human knowledge, i can't find the artist or the name of the song anywhere. I found a website where i can e-mail some guy and he can send me the theme tune, but i don't really trust a missuse of technology like that....although i have still emailed him. I also found a bbc website (and an old answerbank answer relating to an identical question to this, with this bbc link as the only answer), but this link doesn't work.

Can anyone send me the name of the artist and the piece of music and the artist or a link to a page where i can just click to hear the tune?

Thanks, MrP
