Hi I'm considering buying a 60L Aquaone Aquastart tropical tank to replace my awful BiOrb, and wondered if they're ay good? Also is the under gravel filtration ok, and do i need to have some sort of air source in the tank to oxygenate the water? Any help/advice appreciated! Cheers

I've got a 74l tank and that doesn't need oxygenating as long as I do a 3/4 water change every 2-3 weeks, although I do have a filter with an aeriation device (like a spout that sticks out of the water and sucks air into the tank). These are standard on most filters, but opinion is split as to whether they work or just reassure the tank owner! In my experience they seem to work, certainly the fish are much happier when they are switched on.
