How do i attatch a picture as my signature on any chat forums ??

Check the rules of the forum: not all allow picture sigs, and many that do have size restrictions, and some (like AB) don't allow all standard functions. You will need you picture to be hosted online, Let's say the address is www.signature.com/mysigpic . Make your signature <img>www.signature.com/mysigpic</img>. Check the forum's html set up, some use [ and ] brackets rather than <>.
