Just wondering... i love bread, and have recently discovered german rye bread. It has sunflower seeds in it and is a really nice alternative to stodgy normal bread. But is it better for me than normal bread..??x

The answer is yes - definitely - rye is the best bread you can eat - much better for you than white and wholemeal.
