Does anyone know? I've just started taking these capsules from Holland and Barrett, which include Flaxseed, Fish and Starflower oils... i asked the lady in th shop if i should get this one or regular Cod Liver Oil capsules and she suggested i went for this one, although it was more expensive... but she suggested it would be more beneficial. Thing is, i have no idea of the difference between Omega 3,6 and 9. I understand that they are essential fatty oils but what is the difference and what do they actually do?

Thanks! ;D

Although it does say (you will need to scroll down a bit) that the Omega 9 family does not have much nutritional value.
