I saw the Lighterlife magazine when out shopping last night, i picked up and copy and was looking through it, It seems pretty good, but I've never heard of it before and all the slimmers have lost loads of weight in a very short time, so I'm wondering if its safe.
Has anyone done this diet before or know someone who has? What is the diet based on - i.e. can you eat real food? How much does it cost?
Lots of questions I know, but I'm wondering if its a con..... I dont even know how much it is, although I've read you have to see a doctor first.... I'm thinking my doctor would be against me losing so much weight so fast?

please help if you can!
thanks

It was discussed in Body and Soul on Friday. If you put lighterlife in search the site at the bottom of topics you can read their comments.
Yes a lady on here the other day had just started it and wanted comments on it.I did it for 5 days - horrendous - never again!
60 a week - I think thats enough to put anyone off! (I know someone on it so it definitely does cost that much)
