Hi Ed, someone has recently mentioned that by clicking on Topics to the left of the page, it automatically opens up all the Categories & Sub-categories.

P'raps it would be a good idea to inform all newcomers of this, either in a new blog or your Tutorial!

This oldcomer didn't know that smudge :-)

It is a considerable improvement, but still too many categories.
yes it hasn't been mentioned officially since
this

but does everyone read the blog or the tutorial smudge?

maybe a 'click to show sub cats' next to Topics.....?

>>>>Back again - phew, what a busy day I've had!!!!

Hi Cetti - nice to see you again! I agree, there are now soooo many cat's & I'd rather they were of the furry kind!!!!

Hi Robinia - nice to see you too. I must admit, I don't often look at the Blog as it never seems to be updated! Also, I would have thought only newcomers would bother to look at the Tutorials when they first join AB.

We didn't really need to click on the main Topics title before, but now there are so many sub-cat's, it's a much better way of seeing them all at a glance, rather than clicking each one individually!

I agree that a notification (either beside or below the Topics heading) to indicate opening up all sub-cat's, would be a good idea!

Nite, nite, putting my feet up now!
It sounds good in theory but do you not think it looks daunting in practice? The list goes on for miles!

Morning TCL - Not so sure about it being daunting, but it certainly makes for a longer list!

As I mentioned on Steve's thread here last night - his suggestion seems like a good idea, but we'd better leave that up to the Ed to decide!
