Hi All,

I recently applied for the Sainsburys graduate scheme. The scheme consists of several phases such as online testing, assesment centre, telephone interview etc. I am now at the stage where have to complete a telephone interview.

Part of the task to prepare for this interview is to visit a Sainsburys store and to generaly conduct research into their business. I will be asked questions such as which parts of the store do you think are most and least profitable? What improvements could be made? How does Sainsburys compare with its competitors and how does Sainsburys compare with what it's customers want?

So realy I'm just asking for any relevant feedback or information regarding Sainsburys or supermarkets in general.

Thanks

Hi. I did this test and I failed the interview for not showing commercial awareness. They will ask you things that were good and bad. Also they will ask you how the products were placed and why. They will ask you all the questions above. Its not all that hard. You just have to show leadership and a commercial mind. Good luck
