Can anyone recommend a really good and easy to understand book/info source, from which i can learn how to write macros and do the more complex formula and actions in microsoft excel? I can use excel perfectly well at the moment, but know there's lots more i could use it for. Everyone i've asked knows parts of how to do stuff, but nobody can do it all. Also if anyone knows a good book explaining how to do HTML. I know there's lots of different books, but don't know which are good. So wondered if anyone can recommend one from experience

Excel for Dummies is good, but may be a bit basic for your needs. Personally I've found browsing through the help files in Excel quite informative... nothing better than learning by messing about with it and trying stuff! For HTML, you should check out HTMLgoodies.com, it's absolutely excellent. They also do a book.
Sorry, typo in my previous post... this is the correct link...HTMLgoodies.com
