Just one snag for those claiming to be so concerned about the environment. The cement industry is one of the main producers of carbon dioxide, a potent greenhouse gas.

Just thought that they could fill them up with boiling hot water which is less dense meaning less water need be used.
I heard that not only must two lanes be closed, the two lanes need to be empty as well......
