Changed from Morrisons to Aldi, what difference. Most items £1 cheaper.

Morrisons have been naughty lately. Used to get 2 ready meals for £5 , now £3.25 each.

There is nothing Aldi
don't stock. Goodbye Morrisons.

12.5% white wines, £3.79, marvelous.

I like Aldi and Lidl though not so keen on their fresh veg there,Marksies for that
it's ok if you dont want specific brands. For example, if you usually get a certain loaf in your regular supermarket, you might not get it at aldi

We’ll that didn’t work ,haha
You get what you pay for. Some of their stuff isn't very good.
I have never been in an Aldi as none near me but there is a Lidl. Once was enough, I just couldn't deal with not recognising a single brand name. Snobby I suppose but I did counteract that by buying some fake crops from their middle aisle or whatever you call that row of odd items for sale.
Sorry auto incorrect! Fake Crocs
I figure that even if I do just half my shopping at Lidl or Aldi, I'm ahead. And what I don't buy there, I'll look for offers elsewhere.
I prefer Morrisons for fresh fish, good range and not pre-packed so I can buy the size / weight that I want. Aldi's fruit and veg doesn't keep very well.
Some of Aldi's tinned and dry foodstuffs are good, I like their white Rioja.

Problem I have with Aldi is that they stop selling items without warning. I spent quite a bit of money on a razor and 6 months later they discontinued it and I couldn't get the blades. They do that with a lot of things.
Can't abide any of Aldi's coffee
Aldi all the way for me! They're getting really great with their products. I love their ribeye steak and salmon sides.
I don't eat farmed salmon, only wild sockeye
Aldis baked beans beat Heinz, hands down, far more beans, less juice no difference in taste that I can notice but I'm not a connoisseur
