I had a blood test (for some other condition) and it turns out one of my cholesterol results (triglyceride)is high.

I have always had a normal BMI and exercise- though I’m a member of sports clubs (I climb regularly/do cross country less often) though lately tbh I have been slacking a little with physical activity and diet.

My parents blood tests are normal so I have no family history if high cholesterol. I have a phone call scheduled with my gp but it’s in 3 weeks I’m wondering is anyone medically trained or know about cholesterol (maybe you have it yourself)?

I have posted the result below how bad would you say the results were for someone in their 30’s..

All normal.

Your triglyceride in my opinion is normal even though you havent said whether it was fasting or not.

No big deal.
