Ears And Noses

I know they’re connected but how exactly does using a nasal spray help with a blocked ear?
Perhaps you could explain, please, Sqad? Maybe in simple easy to understand words but also fairly extensively.

Ha ha squad, it made perfect sense to me so I must be confused too ;o)
I did wonder if one treatment would fight against the other so it’s reassuring to know it’s ok to do both at the same time.
