Little Tigs has been picked and bullied for a while now and no matter what I say to the SENCO, his mentor tutor or head of year the bullying continues. There are a number of children who keep harassing him both verbally and sometimes physically like stepping on his shoes. He started out really well in school with all his subjects but has gone progressively downhill as I feel it's affecting his mental health. He doesn't have any friends and the girl he was friends with isn't talking to him anymore.

I'm going to have to speak to the head this time to see what can be done but I'm just so upset and angry with all the children who are nasty to him. What is wrong with them?? I hate bullies! I wish they would crawl under a stone...

Glad things haven't got any worse, Tiggs. Good to know he seems a bit happier. My heart goes out to you.

Bless you, Arky xx

I really hope it stays that way, Patsy.

My senior manager asked me why I didn't let him go to and from school alone and I said it was because of the bullies. He is somewhat protected whilst on school premises what with teachers everywhere but once outside the gates.......! My manager then understood my concerns so when I go into the office I can leave early, pick him up, then carry on working when I get home.
That's good of your boss, take care both of you Xx
