Boris and his government pulling the airlines to bits for cancelled flights, yet they couldn't even get one plane off the ground with a dozen passengers. Is it true that failed flight cost the tax payer 500k? if so they are a great success in pouring money down the drain.

£ 500k is a drop in the bucket compared to what illegal immigration is doing to this country. Money well spent.
Question Author
Well theirs a lot of empty buckets waiting to be filled If they have plenty to throw away.
How was the £500,000 "well spent" when the plane didn't leave?
-- answer removed --
Do you agree the estimated £500,000 was, "Money well spent", TORATORATORA?
Wonky thinking, manic cackle. Nothing new.

The next great idea is to tag our immigrant friends so they don't get lost, never to be found again. Question. Who's going to monitor their movements? the police can't even keep track of our own criminals. Another mad Idea.

When you give sarcastic answers, to me that just means you can't come up with an logical explanation :)
I haven't seen any concrete, workable ideas from you Sandra, much easier to criticise and scoff

12.09. The farmers are crying out for fruit pickers on the news this morning. :)
The plane is based in the US. So had to be fuelled and flown here empty. Fuelled for 7 passengers to fly to Africa, and then didn’t go. Presumably returned back to the States with the fuel the taxpayer had paid for.

And all because they wanted a publicity stunt before Thursday’s by-elections.
I was misinformed. The plane was chartered in Spain.
How would you suggest tackling the immigration crisis, Sandra?
For those asking for alternatives, there is due to be a Judicial Review in July.

There are low numbers that are expected to be deported to Rwanda in the first place and there is a chance that some or all might need to be returnt to the UK after that Review.

Would it not have made more sense to wait for that Review outcome prior to attempting the deportations?
Question Author
The Government in Rwanda must be laughing their socks off at the British government for signing a deal for millions of £s to be paid to them for doing nothing.
A bit like the millions paid to the French government for doing nothing.

Boris's bottomless purse that's getting very near the bottom every single day that goes by with their stupid decisions.

It was well spent in that it uncovered a decision to block the illegal immigrants leaving; yet last I'd heard there were no details explaining the judgement. Now, with this unreasonable barrier identified the government can work towards overcoming it next time.
What's the "unreasonable barrier"?

Was it worth spending £500,000 to discover it?
At 30 minutes in this interview on LBC, Theo Paphitis is asked if Johnson would get a job in his business.
His answer sums up the PM and his cabinet to a tee. Paphitis was very pro Brexit.
