Im very proud so i thought i'd share this with you all.

I was adament that i wouldnt even enjoy snorkeling after a scary first experience at the age of about 7 - when i just for some reason didnt expect to see fish so close to me and swimming around me, i $hit myself and ran out the water.

Anyway, i braved snorkeling although i was still pretty scared the first few times and signed up yo go swimming with sharks and sting rays.

When i jumped off the boat i was nervous but not too bad...me and my boyfriend then saw a jellyfish staring us right in the face and i panicked like a maniac - which sort of set me off. We had to swim over a rope into a netted restricted area which was were the sharks and rays were - i was so scared it took me a while to look down..

BUT IT WAS AMAZING!!!!

SCARY BUT AMAZING!!

Sharks were the most dosile of thier kind.I reckon the sharks were about 6/7ft. After hearing about Steve Irwin a couple of days before i was pretty apprehensive about them swimming directly below me.

ANYWAY i would recommend it to everyone!!

they're generally harmless. Only a handful of people have been attacked and unfortunately steve irwin was one of them.

I cant beleive people are now harming and killing sting rays - thats the last thing steve irwin would've wanted.
wheres the question???
