Dreadful!
I can understand the looks on Charles' and Camilla's faces.
Awful. Cannot believe BBC forced him to sing that. Spoilt the whole show.
His voice is weak and he can no longer hold any note. Saw him live in York only about 3 years ago and he was really good so it’s a shame.
I think it's time he gave up singing too. He sounded dreadful.
I missed the Rod Stewart bit.

I thought Celestes What A Wonderful World was ok to be fair. But then again no one can ever top the incredible voice of Louis Armstrong.
Yes, Rod's voice isn't what it was, but he still has stage presence and can put on a good show. Lol love the sexy blondes backing him - typical Rod !
He’s no Sinatra but c’mon the bloke’s 77 and as Shirley says, he’s got stage presence
Exactly Bobbi - he's 77, he should know he's past his best. Personally I thought he was embarrassingly bad, but each to their own I guess.
I agree with Buenchico @ 23.28.
Neil Diamond is the only one that can sing
...."Sweet Caroline"...
don't say this very often but I agree with Gully and chris, leave it to the gaffer. That was murdering the thing!
Well, he certainly made it his own. I could be really rude and say noone else would want his version, I'm afraid 'great job' aren't two words I'd have used. Each to his/her own.
Rod Stewart sounded like someone had given drunk Uncle Rod the karaoke mike at a wedding. Dreadful. The best for both singing and stage presence had to be Queen and they should have both opened and ended the show. Diana Ross was good, but certainly not singing live, and Andrea Bocelli was out of this world.
I thought Elbow was really good too.
It was absolutely dreadful.
I had never heard of Mabel before, apparently her Mum is Neneh Cherry of 99 Red Balloons fame
Rod was cringeworthy, his voice has gone, he should give in gracefully and not embarrass himself any more. Enjoy his retirement, he can afford to.

Nena from Germany sang 99 Red Balloons, not to be confused with Nenah Cherry from Sweden who sang Buffalo Stance.
