Battery Draining

My battery is draining very quickly i do nor download films or music just social media , news and sport ,checked out battery use and google chrome uses 80 odd % looked and tried to sort it the way google says but cannot find the way they say , in laymans terms please

Brave browser is quicker and uses less resources
good for mobile too, ditch chrome all together
