Bought some Buscopan yesterday, as suffering with very sore abdomen. Think it's IBS, as experienced this year's ago. Just read it's not supposed to be taken with bisoprolol, of which I take. Well that was a waste of money! Any suggestions of what will help with terrible aching?

Thanks for replies.
Also said on box, not to be taken if over 40??
I take buscopan with bisop - never had a problem, when I first took it, my GP had prescribed it for me so he would have known the problems associated with it, i never read the leaflet and if you bought it from your regular chemist, the pharmacist should have alerted you if he thought there was going to be a problem, I never experienced any problem taking it with my other meds incl. Bisop
...I'm well over 40 too ;)
