Temperature in Delhi, India has reached 49°C. How high would a temperature have to be before a place became uninhabitable?

49ºC is 120⁰F. Scientist say that the hottest, long term,tempererature that will allow human life is a wet bulb temperature of 95ºF. A wet bulb temperature is taken with a wet cloth wrapped around the thermometor bulb and evaporation has a cooling effect on the recorded reading making it lower than a dry bulb measurement. 90ºF is the max. wet bulb temperature that human activity can take place outside. Unless you are English or a mad dog.
