The Barber

A man ran to the corner of the street where a policeman was standing. "Have you seen a bloke running down here?" he asked.
"No why?" asked the officer. He came in my barber shop for a trim and a shave and he made off without paying."
"Right," said the policeman. "What does he look like, has he any distinguishing marks?"
