tomorrow (if all goes well), I am going to have my first BBQ of 2022 (lamb not included. lol)

I'm having sausages, burgers, chicken drumsticks and garlic bread (I'm not so sure that last one's really a bbq item, but ah well)

it's been quite cloudy today with the odd shower, but it is meant to be nice tomorrow

I always cook mine in the oven and put it on the BBQ for the last few minutes.

We had our first one today. We had lamb koftas, drumsticks, sausage and a burger. I have a couple of metal cage type containers. They are about 15" long and about 1.5" deep. I fill these with assorted peppers, tomatoes, onions and anything else that takes my fancy. I coat them with a marinade, today's was honey and sweet chilli sauce. They BBQ wonderfully. The weather was very kind today it was really hot sitting on the patio. A very enjoyable afternoon.
