Hillbilly Battery And Charger

I have the above units ,when I try to charge the battery the charger instead of showing RED light which indicates that it is on full charge mode shows GREEN light which is for a trickle charge which means that I have no hope of fully charging my battery.Any ideas how to overcome this please? Thanks.
