Staff are more commited
Maybe if you employed staff that spoke the same language as you, you would understand them.
Staff have more loyalty and are better quality workers
i was never valued as a temp/contractor, plus the perks are better as a permanent member of staff.
Contractors are more expensive than staff, plus less loyal, because they have more than one source of income.
i was always loyal to companies that i temped for. Often went back time and again.
i wouldn't do it again.....
Why would I recruit contractors to stack shelves or order goods or put together click and collect orders or work on tills. Better to have regulars than look for 100 contractors to train each week
Contractors tend to break if you lean too hard on them.
