I'm looking for recommendations for companies that provide life insurance cover for people who are 5 years post cancer treatment?

I looked 3 yrs ago and it was an unsuccessful headache. Has anyone successfully taken out a policy and any lessons learned?

Have you tried going through IamInsured?

I am told they are available - you will have to pay a premium - haha !

I had my first diagnosis at 47 ( ca colon) and immediately knew I was uninsurable ( ubbul ) - Everyone thought that meant the insurance policies lapsed. They didnt lapse but boy how the insurance companies wanted to !

travel insurance fr'instance they will pay out on lost luggage but not hospital costs ( unsurprisingly)

you CAN get a mortgage now without insurance

basically you have to cope with the fact that you are screwed, A bit like looking for a four-leaf clover ( " I WILL find one!") - and find ways around it
I think you are going to struggle there.
