bought a kettle and when it arrived it was the wrong colour changed it for right colour new kettle worked lovely until switch broke in half ,again it was replaced,the same thing happened again turned kettle on and as it switched off the switch again broke in two ,got a replacement today .........a silver toaster .we had to laugh x

Amazon has behaved appallingly, though. The retailer is responsible for faulty goods for six years after purchase and they shouldn't be allowed to wash their hands of the matter.

got to say RH have been really good about this but they must have a faulty batch as we aren't even touching the switches when they break .looking forward to seeing what we get sent next ...maybe a microwave lol x
