I have noticed that the hand lotion I used in a shop today was extremely wet, it dripped everywhere and I had to get a paper hanky to wipe my hands. I have actually noticed this in other places too. Anyone else noticed this ?

water works wonders when it comes to cost.....they have to make savings somehow....

Yes, watering them down obviously saves money. Some of them also smell vile

Do you mean the squirty hand disinfectants? They vary a lot. I hate the ones that leave my hands sticky. Some dispense way too much.
The best smelling one was M and S a while back...lasted ages!
