This is quite a long story so i will try to be brief.

Daughter had some building work on her house (wet room for disabled hubby). After the work was completed there was a bit of a row as he was trying to charge them more.

Anyway he walked away calling my daughter a silly b***ch and other nasties and was very aggressive.

That was 6 weeks ago and he hasn't been back for his stuff. There is a cement mixer in her drive so she can't get her car in and scaffolding blocking their shared garage access which neighbours are obviously not happy about.

She doesn't really want to contact him as quite frankly she's scared of him.

But what else can she do to get this matter resolved and he come and take his stuff,

Its expensive stuff so wouldn't have thought he would want to be without it.

Any help appreciated

If she knows his address, send him a letter, stating him to come and collect within a reasonable time, citing any costs will be payable to him,or they will be advertised for sale or collected as scrap. keep a copy inc when it was sent, even going to the length of recorded delivery.
Sell their stuff on ebay and pocket the money and if the t*a* returns, deny all knowledge and tell them ..."Sorry, but your stuff was blocking the driveway, so we pushed it out onto the pavement, perhaps it was stolen?"
...that is assuming you have tried what Malagabob suggested and it didn't work. Scaffolding left in place after work is completed is common practice by unscrupulous companies in order to avoid storage costs. You are being used as an unarranged storage facility IMO.

Thank you, yes I've told her to send a letter first, shes not in a position to dismantle scaffolding and her hubby is disabled.

Shes heard that some companies do use the last job as a storage facility but its been about 6 weeks, think she was hoping that one day he would just come and take it.
