I’m just recovering from covid - tested negative yesterday. Feeling really yucky though. Felt sick this morning but nothing happened. Swimmy head, sinus pain. Is this usual?

Don't worry helly - as Chris said, people with serious long-term effects from Covid are vastly in the minority - the majority, like you and I, will recover completely, and enjoy some additional immunity to go with our injections.

Yes - your test may show 'negative' but it will take a few days for all your symptoms to dissipate.

Thank you Andy. I thought they would go as soon as I tested negative. That’s reassuring.
Most people have largely (or fully) recovered after two weeks but one in ten still exhibit symptoms for more than three weeks.

For a very small number of people, the symptoms can continue indefinitely.

Oh dear bednobs. I really do sympathise. Hope things are gradually getting better for you.
they are, i think it's just a hangover. Or it could just be life i suppose!
I didn't notice any loss of taste or smell at the time.

However I think my sense of smell of must have been reduced, and many months later as it began to return I found things like coffee smelt weird.

I still can't drink coffee about nine months later, because of odd chemical feelings.
