3. System unbelievable slow.

Was trying to get into BT.com to see they could quicken it up.

2. Apple iOS or Android on a Samsung?

3. How many apps do you have open?
That seems more of a problem with your device be it laptop or tablet rather than BT who I assume is your broadband provider. Have you tried the famous switch it off and on again?
