1. Cannot get into my outlook for about 3 days now

2. Cannot access my passwords

3. System unbelievable slow.

Was trying to get into BT.com to see they could quicken it up.

That's the way I've left it.

That seems more of a problem with your device be it laptop or tablet rather than BT who I assume is your broadband provider. Have you tried the famous switch it off and on again?
