I have not seen it but know what you mean. Some actors appear not to do much research and mess up their portrayal of people.

I have to say Claire Foy and Vanessa Kirby are excellent as the Queen and Princess Margaret.

Is the actress who plays Camilla realistic?

imo yes, but shes not in the series to which grumpy refers.
