Still amuses Dave at times because punishments are often “different”.

Tonight’s was the chap on a driving offence who has been ordered to donate 500 euro to the Ukrainian fund. Perfect.

Buenchico's note to self: If I'm ever up before an Irish court for my 16th(!) dangerous driving offence, make sure to have €500 in my back pocket!

(Either that or just get Gness to accompany me, dressed in her sexiest outfit. That should surely be enough to put the judge in a good mood!)

Anyway, it's well known that the Irish are adept at dealing with the little problems that can arise from driving a car ;-)

We won’t even need the sexy outfit, Chris. By the time I’d finished talking at our solicitor about our wills and other legal bits I wanted him to sort he gave the lot to us as a wedding present.
Dave reckoned it was just to get rid of me. :-)
Was he Russian by any chance?
He was russian to get rid of her.

The incident happened in 2017 and the gardai knew who he was so I'm wondering why it took five year to come to court.
Will Dave still be amused if the 'remorse' bribe to the court results in a soft option for this committed father and born-again pillar of the community?
