After entering the world of the computer and the use of the YYYY-MM-DD format in the date, I noticed that our time is similarly used: HH-MM-SS. And taken for granted!
The algorithm/mechanism of the lower 'value' increments to its maximum, triggering the next leftmost.
Wonder how all this was established and by whom? Holy Jules or Holy Gregory involved?
