I’m thinking of getting a treadmill but am not 100 percent sure whether to as I’m concerned about it ruining the look of the home and looking tacky. Its a large one I’m looking at (100cm width which folds up) and it would have to go in the kitchen

Ive been running/training on and off most of my life but have trouble being motivated to train after comming in from work. I don’t work from home I’m in a hospital all day and it’s nice to be able to work out at home and control the times/speed/incline etc, rather than going to the track all the time

I’l most definitely use it but I’m worried about it taking up too much space

Has anyone has a treadmill what do you think?

How about a bike?
Bikes are wonderful to keep fit. Son is a very keen cyclist and still enjoys mountain biking with his mates as he approaches middle age. Walks a lot too and really is fit! He's never been in a gym. We always biked a lot as a family. Now I can't and MrLotties knees are knackered!

Don't bother .
You never reach your destination
I have an exercise machine at home and am totally addicted to it. I use far more than I would go to a gym.
Instead of paying to join a gym and then driving there for exercise, why not jog/run/cycle to the gym then turn round and jog/run/cycle back home? Saves your money and doesn't pollute the air.
Seems the most exercised part of the body of yer average ABer is the fingers (most probably just the index finger)

Get one and watch the TV whilst using it, not only will it seem easier but it may make Emmerdale or Corra more bearable. Personally, I stick an album and only stop when the record has finished.
They often feature them on the Ideal World shopping channel, with a good demonstration of how they work and how easily they fold away. Often with free delivery.
