I use comparison sites, but the last two I have gone with have gone bust. I have been taken on now by British gas. I didn't choose them and I'd rather be with someone else. Can any one advise me

You are paying a premium for them not going bust
and you have done the experiment of what it is like to go with a deadloss company that goes bust

go for the paper option
can watch for little extra charges you have triggered when - - you havent
and sullen rude reversals in the tone of "oh you have noticed that - we will get you later"
all part of their service I am frequently assured
