Just heard a council worker killed clearing fallen trees. Isn’t that too sad.

I thought that your house would have blown away in the wind. I am glad you survived.

It is a shame that a guy died though!
To be true that is sad.

Not heard much yet, Arky but it was a strange storm. Could have sat on the patio with a glass or two in the sun and within seconds sky blackened, hail and sideways wind that would take the feet from under you. We still have trees creaking strangely so staying away from the sides of the field.
Good lass, send SD.

It'd been very windy for two days, I couldn't sleep, then today seemed quite calm most of the morning, until Eunice turned up this afternoon carrying sleet, snow rain more high speed winds, and a post person flew past my window (Upstairs) but still got some beer in.

One of the nurses today doing the drugs round - her mobile rang while she was here. She looked at screen and answered it - it was her neighbour to say they’d seen her garden shed uplift and blow away! And they weren’t sure where it had gone. And everything that had been in the shed had blown everywhere all around her garden etc.

Looked at our sheds last night, Smow hoping there was enough in them to keep them in the county.
