I had to pause for a moment to work out what you're on about. Having done so, and worked out (I think) that you're not referring to videos explaining good practice to accountants verifying peopl's books, I assume that you're thinking along these lines:

Yes, I've seen plenty, although (unlike, say, videos about air traffic control conversations, which I watch almost every day) I don't particularly go out of my way to watch them. When I do watch them though, I thoroughly approve of what the videographers are doing.

I have to say I dont know if I am stopped whether I MUST identify myself

but I look such a mess that the only thing that they would suspect is, that I was not half dead but had gone the whole way

Lovely police woman and a credit to her chosen profession.
